But, I’ll attempt to answer it.

People create tutorial website design websites to attract visitors seeking help from search engines.

It’s all about website traffic. Webmasters really want more visitors on their website, and with good content, they will achieve their aim.

  At least one reason would be to help people with little or no experience to design a website.

  These people may be disadvantaged in some way(s). For instance, could not get into a course, need help understanding a course, cannot afford a course, no course is run nearby.

  Other people just don’t like doing courses and prefer to learn from the internet. So if tutorials were not available, they would not be able to learn.

  Some people may also have a program to help with web design and they are unsure how to use it, or some aspect(s) of it.
