  OFJ is correct. Lynda.com is probably the best website you’re going to find for tutorials on any of Adobe’s products. But you have to pay for a subscription. If you are serious about learning Photoshop Lynda is your best bet.

  That depends entirely on what you’re trying to do. In this case, Google is DEFINATELY your best friend. I’d advise you spend a bit of time narrowing down exactly what you want, and then use Google (or any other half decent search engine) to find what you need.
  There is SO much content on the Web right now that no one site can possibly cover everything. Add to that the tips/tricks/techniques which users are finding in that awesome package every day, and you begin to see the wealth of information which is out there. A search engine is therefore the only real way of keeping on top of what you need to do.
